Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless you have contacted our customer support and confirmed the issue you are having. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and will strive to fix the issue in whatever way we can. Before a replacement can be issued the customer must return the candle on their own terms and pay shipping. Once received we will ship a new candle at our expense. Replacements will not be accepted if the candle has been burned more than 1/4 of the way before contacting The Blessed Barn Co. for assistance.
