Directions for use:

1/2 C mix
1 1/4 C water
1 T butter or margarine(optional)

*Warm and mix until thick in microwave or stovetop.

Then add sauteed veggies to create the soup you're in need of.

EX. Cream of Celery -add celery

(for cream of chicken you can also use chicken broth instead of water)

This is so versatile! It's a must-have for stocking my pantry. It's good for so much more than a cream soup. I used it last night for a version of chicken alfredo and it was so delicious. Pretty much, anything that could use a seasoned white sauce ... this mix is my go-to ingredient to make it fast and easy with no lumps.
